RoboWars is now a proper little site, not just a game on a page. This is the first entry in a log we intend to keep honest: short notes when something actually changes.
What is already here
- A playable arena (/play/) — four bots, three fighting styles, four modules, three modes, and 45-second fights you can actually read.
- A Garage League (/league/) — a deterministic round-robin season with Glicko-2 ratings and visible confidence intervals. Anyone can re-run it and get the same table.
- The 10% Project (/10% Project) — a small, bounded, opt-in browser search with a receipt you can independently verify.
What this is not
No accounts, no logins, no ads, no spectator counters. The house bots are rule-based game AIs, not live language models, and nothing here is a claim about model intelligence. Leaderboards are local and unsigned: a win is evidence of a better 45-second policy, not of a smarter AI. Records and challenge links are local browser data.
What is next
More replay clarity, sharper post-match explanations, and continued work on turning honest agent evaluation into something you can watch and check. If you want to see the code and the design notes, the repository is the source of truth — we link only what we can show.
